When I ran my own dessert bar long ago, what we created for our customers was an experience they would never forget. A unique take on what it means to go out at night.
While we definitely served up one of the best tiramisus they might ever have, what made us successful was the experience we created. Customers would enter our beautifully decorated space, enjoy a coffee or drink, and sample our wonderful desserts amongst good friends. Creating a warm environment that felt like home was the key.
For me, as a real estate agent over the years, it’s been about continuing that same experience through helping my clients buy and sell real estate.
For sellers, it’s helping to create a calm experience. Whether preparing their property for listing, creating a topnotch marketing plan or expertly negotiating for the best outcome amongst one or multiple offers.
For buyers it’s about finding a home and neighborhood where they can say, “This is my place. This is where I would love to spend the next 2, 5 or 50 years. From start to finish, creating a smooth process by adeptly communicating with all critical individuals connected with the transaction to successfully bring it to close.
In everything I do, I’m about delivering high value and curating an experience. Finding the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood is one part of it.
Understanding mortgage terms, making sense of the buying/selling process and all the new terminology is another. I help with all of it, giving my clients a concierge level of service through every single step of the process.
I look forward to helping you find the perfect place, and create the perfect experience for you and your family.
Meet the Partners
I was born in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, with a focus in Marketing.
I simultaneously earned a Certificate of Study in Sales and Certificate in International Studies in Business while studying in France.
After many award-winning years working in sales and marketing, I decided to focus my energy in real estate.
I like to create a trusting atmosphere by guiding my clients through their experience with education and resources.
Inspired by my first home buying experience at age 25, my goal is to assist my clients to make the best decisions and know what they can expect.
Diane L. Moorman
A graduate from the University of Washington, with an Art and Design background, I opened a well known and loved staging company and frame shop in 1997.
In 2012 I decided to focus solely on staging and interior design and felt naturally led to pairing it with a real estate license. My love of architecture, homes and all that homes entail led me to my dream job, matching clients with their dream homes.
Having always loved real estate, interior design and working closely with people, I thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients to buy and sell their homes in the Seattle and greater metropolitan market. I also enjoys staging my listings and assisting post purchase, creating dream homes for my clients.
